At the end of March, Nacha released various topics related to International ACH Transactions (IATs) that they're looking for feedback on. Feedback is accepted until May 30, 2025.

- There is a Request for Comment (RFC) on 7 different proposals

- There is a Request for Information (RFI) from the industry on 4 additional topics related to IATs.

There are two very important deadline all financial institutions should be aware of for this July: 

1. July 1, 2025 the updated Regulation CC Funds Availability thresholds go into effect. 
   •  Need more information? The CFPB has provided a helpful summary chart that shows what these new thresholds will be. The Federal Reserve site provides more details as well as access to the final rule. 
     
     
2. July 14, 2025 the ISO20022 Implementation will go into effect for FedWire Funds Service
